As the Founder of Stria, Jim’s passion for the content management profession has earned him industry wide praise and recognition for his innovative approach. Prior to establishing Stria, Jim served in the public sector as a County social worker and later as an Information Systems Manager. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and earned a Master’s degree from UC Berkeley. Jim values excellent customer service, innovative and strategic thinking, motorcycles and his expanding family.

Scott Garrison

Scott is an entrepreneur with a proven track record for building sales organizations, creating a positive company culture and successfully developing a company’s brand. He formerly served as President of Lightspeed Systems and V.P. of Business Development for Arrival Communications in Bakersfield, CA. Scott serves as a member of the Executives Association of Kern County (EAKC) and the CSUB Council of 100. Scott’s leadership and commitment to the community led him to a successful term as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce in 2007.

Robert Cleveland

Robert has served the company in a variety of positions and currently directs all aspects of Stria’s operations. With a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Bakersfield and a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, he brings a strong technical foundation, and superb data management skills to the company. Through his experience and expertise Robert continues to play a lead role in maintaining Stria’s posture as an agile and focused document management services company.

Shanna Wilson

Shanna joined the Stria team in early 2010. She is a dedicated employee and thrives on the opportunity to succeed. She holds a business management degree from California State University, Bakersfield and manages all administrative and financial activities within the company.

Natalie Collins

After graduating from Westmont College with a B.A. in Communications, Natalie opened two Cold Stone Creamery locations in the Central Coast. After winning several franchise awards, she and her partners sold the businesses and moved to Bakersfield, CA. She is a seasoned manager with over a decade of management experience. Natalie joined the Stria team in early 2010 and oversees multiple projects for the company. Natalie is passionate about consistency, exceeding expectations, customer service, the Los Angeles Dodgers and her Boston Terrier.

Kayole Bradford

Kayole brings over 12 years of successful professional sales experience to Stria. Kayole’s ability to connect with people and commitment to service make him a welcome addition to Stria’s team. In addition to contributing to make Stria the best, Kayole enjoys participating in his church men’s ministry, spending time with his family, especially his son Landon, and coaching baseball.

Patrice Wiggins

Patrice Wiggins joins Stria with an impressive business background. She completed several years on a global consulting team within IBM where she advised large companies on best business practices. With many years as a Senior Technical Writer, Patrice is highly skilled in writing, editing, documentation, and publication cycle. As a business analyst and writer, she worked at other notable companies, such as New York City Transit Authority, Xerox Corporation, and Verizon. While working as a high-school English teacher, Patrice earned her Master’s degree and Teaching Credential in a dual program from Loyola Marymount University. She also holds a BA in English from Santa Clara University.
