Stria is a nationwide provider of document imaging services. The company converts physical documents (paper, X-Rays, Microfiche/film, etc.) into digital documents at a high rate of speed and with absolute accuracy.

Stria's document imaging service is delivered via a proprietary methodology called “SecurPaper.”

SecurPaper is platform agnostic series of steps that is modified based on project requirements. However, the process typically includes the following features:

Inventory of documents
Secure transport of documents to Stria records center
Customer can track transport via Stria's GPS
Document Preparation
Document imaging at 200 pages per minute or more
100% image quality check by US Citizens authorized to work on sensitive files
Document indexing, coding or tagging
Data verification
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Load file creation (PDF, TIFF, etc.) with metadata load scripts
Delivery for customer review
Files returned to customer, stored Stria facility or confidentially destroyed

In many cases the baseline SecurPaper document imaging process is modified based on specific customer needs identified during detailed discovery sessions that occur at the customer's Corporate-Headquarters.
