The typical steps of an E-Discovery project include but are not limited to:

  1. Stria's paralegals discuss project with counsel or support staff (usually via phone or Email)
  2. Information is harvested from source computers or systems by Stria's IT team
  3. Stria extracts and unitizes data into documents
  4. Files are coded or tagged
  5. Bates numbers are applied
  6. Files are imported into litigation support or trial management system (Summation, WorkSite, Sanction, etc.)
