Jim Damian: President & CEO

Jim holds a master's degree from UC Berkeley and a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University. In prior years Jim served the public as a county social worker and later as an Information Technology Director. Jim's work in the content management space has earned him praise and recognition from peers, partners, competitors and customers. Jim is passionate about innovation, customer service, motorcycles and his expanding family.

Scott Williams: Vice President

Scott is a seasoned document lifecycle executive with a strong background in record center operations, business development and client relations. Scott holds a Master's degree in business and an undergraduate degree in Urban Planning. Scott's role at Stria is to direct nationwide operations and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded at every turn.

Rory Banks: Director of Operations, Western Pacific Region

Rory has served the company in a variety of positions and currently directs all aspects of Stria's operations in the Western Pacific Region. He brings a strong technical foundation, superb problem solving skills and strategic flexibility to the company. Through his experience and expertise Rory continues to play a lead role in maintaining Stria's posture as an agile and focused document lifecycle company.

Dave Stephans : Director of Operations, Southwest Region

Dave is a seasoned manager with nearly two decades of experience in the reprographics and document management industries. Dave manages all of Stria's Southwest operations from Stria's corporate offices in Dallas, Texas. Dave holds a degree in Management of Information Technologies from Concordia University and is a former United States Marine.

Kelli Somers: Business Manager

Kelli's team oversees all administrative activities (AR, AP, HR) within the company. Her diverse career experience and strong educational track record have enabled Kelli to modernize the company's financial systems and streamline its procurement process. Kelli also spearheads contract management activities.

Chris Ruppel: Director of Mobile Imaging

Chris is a seasoned industry professional with a degree from New Mexico State. Chris has published work in the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, MSNBC.com and other publications. Chris directs all aspects of the company's onsite / mobile document imaging efforts.

Aron Vietti: Business Systems Manager

Aron's team maintains the core systems that power the Stria enterprise. Aron is charged with maintaining production cycle transparency and providing scheduled and on demand project reports to Stria's valued customers. Aron's eclectic background in technology and electronics play a central role in his ability to craft innovative solutions to today's most challenging information management problems.
